Brief Answer:
Get a repeat Urinalysis; prostate check for prostatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I am concerned about the extreme pain with urination. This is not an expected part of heat exhaustion, and especially not 4 days later. You have written that you did not have a UTI per test. Were you having extreme urinary pain when you went in to give the urine specimen? Because I think getting a urinalysis and having a prostate exam is the place to start right now. The other thing to consider is urinary tract stones, which are more likely to form when a person gets dehydrated.

I hope this information helps.

I invite you to let me know how you are doing after you go back in for evaluation.
