Brief Answer:
About stomach ache:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The pain that you described in stomach needs a clinical examination to confirm it as it is associated with constipation may be probably with intestine origin.
So, you have to see a physician for a detailed clinical examination and meanwhile you may take omeprasole 20 mg in the morning or ranitidine 150 mg for the pain.
Of course vegetables has fibers and will help the intestinal transit in the future but for the moment the diagnosis should be made than decider about the diet plan.
Hope i have been helpful.
Best wishes,
