What Causes Painful Red Spots Around Toe Area?

Question: I am having small red spots around toe area with pain during winter time only, i am 84.5 kgs and 5' 7" tall and there is little bit swelling also around that and it pains during walking therefore could you please let me know the following:
1)What is the cause and symptom for the same as it happens during winter time?
2)What ointment shall i apply to get some relief as i tried MOOVE but there is no relief as such
3)Can i apply hot water on them?
4)There is no complaint of diabetic and folic acid is also normal, also not having thyroid.
5)What all precaution shall i take as i use flat heal sport shoes with towel socks always.
Please answer line by line urgently.

1 Since how long you are having this complain ? -----Every winters/3 years
2 any scratching/ bleeding/ hotness / discharge from affected site? Yes
3 type of pain ? History of any injury? It pains but no injury
4 when pain aggravates ? only winters while walking in joints
5 any medication / application ? None
6 any thing other specific to complain? Red small dots like mosquito bytes

I have not received any photograph yet. Please send photograph during next communication.

Meanwhile I am suggesting some medication start as prescribed
Rhus tox 30 2 drops two times in day
Colchicum30 5 drops three times in a day
Petroleum 30 4 drop four times in a day

You can apply warm XXXXXXX water treatment and cover up with clean socks
Don't apply any ointment now.
There may be change in medicine after picture or as per improvement
Take medicine for 1 month and revert me back

Thanks very much for the reply, i will upload the pictures soon. I am also having chronic tonsillitis very often. May i know if long term i do the homeopathic treatment then can it be completely cured or shall i need to take as and when it happens. Please also advice treatment for the same.

Homeopathy is best known for the treatment in chronic case with long term relief.
But for that course of medicine has to be complete as suggested by physician.
Stopping medicine without completing the course may cause recurring complain with greater extent.
Advice you to complete the course.
For tonsillitis you can start with
Belladonna 30 4 pills twice in a day
Phytolacca dec 30 pills twice in a day

Avoid- Cold and cold thing
Adv- Warm water gurgle
