Brief answer....you need an antibiotic course after swab culture of pus
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
You seem to be suffering from widespread folliculitis which is infection of hair follicles.
Normally folliculitis is limited to small area and becomes all right with simple application of antibiotic cream but in widespread folliculitis,as in you, best is to get the pus swab from one of the lumps and then take a course of antibiotic.
A course of 7-10 days should make you all right.
In addition do get tested for diabetes also because in presence of diabetes, folliculitis won't go away unless blood sugars are controlled.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
