Brief Answer:
Please, get evaluated and tested!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms. Azo pill help to reduce the severity of pains but in no way helps to treat the underlying cause. Your reduction in pain is not associated with treatment of the problem.

All the information you have provided is suggestive of a possible urogenital tract infection. You would need to be consulted and tests done to establish the cause and treat accordingly. Urine analysis and culture with screening for STI especially chlamydia and gonorrhea should be strongly considered. For this, I will recommend that you book an appointment and figure it out with your primary care doctor. He should be able to address this fully

For now, I will recommend that you do not have any unprotected intercourse. Is your partner also having any symptoms?

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
No, these symptoms are not related!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Strep throat is not related to your symptoms. I recommend testing and management as discussed above. This would prove helpful. Your symptoms are more related to a urogenital tract infection and strep is not a recognized cause of it.
