What Causes Painful Bleeding During Masturbation?
Question: I masturbated hard last night. During masturbation I felt a bit a stingy pain in my shaft. This morning after I urinated I saw blood oozing out of my penis. Do I need to see a doctor?
To add to my question. There is no constant bleeding from the penis. Additionally I do feel a slight pain when I move. I'm currently on a vacation in asia and would like to know if this is something I can wait and see what happens next of if I need to see doctor urgently. Thank you

Blood coming out from penis following masturbation usually indicates Trauma to urethra. This is not a very emergency situation as long as you are able to pass urine without any discomfort or there is no further bleeding.
But if any one of the problem is there or starts you need to consult a Urologist soon else you can wait for few more days but even if there is no bleeding also after few days you need to consult doctor.
