Brief Answer:
Bad circulation

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM,

Your symptoms may indicate circulation problems in your legs which is most commonly caused by atherosclerosis of arteries in legs. You should do tests that include Doppler ultrasound and angiography to verify exact problems. So you should see vascular surgeon who will recommend further treatment.

Till then you should warm up your legs, take aspirin 100 mg, and rest.

Wish you good health.
