Brief Answer: Further consultation with orthopedist/neurologist. Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through your medical history and feel sorry for the situation you are in! You are reporting to have had a recent fall over backwards on a tool box and you are still having pain and "pins-and-needles" feeling although the pain killers you are using. During the fall, many elements of spine might have injured including vertebral bodies, spinal ligaments/musculature or inter-vertebral discs. I highly recommend to get further - evaluated by an orthopedist/neurologist - X-ray and MRI of the spine to rule such injuries out. Hope it answered to your queries! Let me know if I can help you further! Wish fast recovery! Dr.Albana
