    What causes pain while breathing?

Question: I have some pain when I breathe in. Also some random pain at times. It occurs just above the solar plexus region. I have had it since Friday morning.It also hurts when I swallow food. The pain is in the same spot. It doesn't hurt when I swallow liquid it seems

I can understand your concern.
Solar plexus area is stomach area.
And pain in that area is mostly due to gastritis.
Your pain is also associated with swallowing food. So possibility of gastritis is more.
So take combination of pantoprazole and levosulperide on empty stomach.
Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
Go for walking after meals.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
