Brief Answer:
Need some more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. If you provide some more information then it will be more helpful.

Do you have any other diseases?
Is there any increase in pain during hunger or after food intake?
Do you consume alcohol regularly?
do you have any breathing problems?

It can be most likely musculoskeletal pain. In such case applying gels containing NSAIDs like ketoprofen or Diclofenac (Volini) for local application and warm compress will be helpful.

Other problems like gastritis or lung problems like pleuritis or cardiac problems also can give such pain. But the pain won't be superficial or associated with palpation in such case.
It is better to do an ECG (EKG) to rule out cardiac problems and do a chest X ray to rule out problems related to lungs and ribs to be on safe side.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
