What Causes Pain Under Breast While Taking Deep Breaths?

Question: I started out with gas pain
Took mylanta that helped now today
I have pain in the upper corner under breast area
It hurts to tAke a deep breath in the rite corner is very tender
It's going in to my back
I have no gal bladder either

Since how long you are having this problem
Are you having regurgitation symptoms or acid reflux?
Are you having palpitations or breathlessness

In my opinion you should take anti acidity medicine like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids
You should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food
Have lots of fluids 3 to 4 liters a day
