Question: Hi Doctor, the bottoms of both feet, (around the balls) are causing me considerable discomfort when I walk. The pain
is not as bad when I'm sitting down, but it is always there. I have had this condition approximately one month now.

I have gone through your query and medical history in details,I will try to guide in best possible way,
Many conditions causes pain in bottom of feet,
Mainly inflammatory conditions like,
Gout,
Arthritis,
Plantar fasciaties,
Bursities,
I feel vascular cause is rare possibility because your pain is in bottom of feet and your on blood thinner and lipid lowering drugs,
Many of the conditions I mentioned are inflammatory conditions,usually
Antiinflammatory drugs along with Nsaids is prescribed,your treating doctor will be knowing its dose,
Along with it you have to undego some test like,
Serum uric acid levels,
24 hours urine uric acid levels,xray feet,needs to be done,
Use
Shoes with soft heal,take rest,
It will help,
For a specialised local examination of your feet and analysing your xray
And blood test,you will need to visit an orthopedic, as they are specialised in treating such conditions and giving you appropriate dose of drugs.
