Question: My right ear is painful both inside the canal and on the concha .
. I can hear fluid movement inside the ear . What can I do?

Hi and thanks for the query
this is compatible with an infection of the ear. I do suggest you visit a primary care doctor. this shall be establish the intensity of the infection. Some ear infection with pus collections might require drainage. other simple infections require simply antibiotics and pain killers. I think the second should be your case. Generally, appropriate doses of antibiotics , amoxicillin-clavulinic acid combinations with simple pain killers like ibuprofen/paracetamol taken for a week are usually enough. I still however suggest your doctor sees you to appreciate the intensity of the infection.
