Brief Answer:
Thrombophobe gel/Surgeon's opinion

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

I have seen the image which you have attached.Thrombophobe gel's local application may help. However, its better to get her wrist swelling examined by a surgeon.A short course of Non steroidal anti inflammatory medicines like Naproxen may be taken, hopefully that will improve the symptoms.Along with Tab Pantocid 40 mg should be taken empty stomach once a day.

Please take medicines under a physician's guidance only.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
