Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that your symptoms are not related to any cardiac disorders (including coronary artery disease).

Your recent performed cardiac tests can confirm this.

So relax and don't worry about it!

Your symptoms could be related to cervical column chronic degeration or a musculoskeletal inflammation.

Gastro-esophageal reflux could also cause a similar symptomatology.

I recommend performing a cervical spine x-ray study and a shoulder joint X ray study.

Meanwhile I recommend taking ibuprofen 400mg for the pain.

An antiacid or omeprazole may be also helpful.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
