What Causes Pain In The Upper Back?
Question: for past one month ,i have pain in upper back ,and that is more prominent when i cough .it seems to me that the pain is something related to lungs though i am not sure .

Thanks for your query.
I read your message. Pain in upper back can be due to various reasons like cervical spondylosis, Slipped disc, Trauma, Muscle spasm. Pleurisy is inflammation of the coverings over lungs because of infection.
I think in your case it could be either cervical spondylosis or pleurisy.
Do get an x-ray chest and Xray cervical & dorso-lumbar spine and meet an Orthopedician.
For now you can SUMO spray for local application which works really good for you if it is muscle spasm or pain due to spondylosis.
