Brief answer....get this growth evaluated by proper investigations
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your situation.
Although most of the scrotal lumps are non cancerous in nature but sometimes testicular cancer can be the cause for it.
Although testicular cancer is most often found in ages between 19-50 years of age but sometimes it can occur in old people also.
You are advised to consult a surgeon and get the ultrasound scrotum done along with blood tests like tumour markers and testicular biopsy,if needed.
Treatment would depend upon the cause found.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
