Brief Answer:
Get serum uric acid levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query.

Symptoms you are explaining, may be due to increase uric acid levels, prolong standing, walking, jumping.

You may be having plantar faciitis.

For perfect diagnosis to be made, get serum uric acid levels, ESR CRP, levels done and send me the report.

Till then have tab. aceclofenac 100 mg + serratiopeptidase 15 mg three times a day.

Apply hot packs.

I hope it helps.

Thanks,

Dr. CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
