Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/69 - pain in scrotum - not in the testicles - mostly on sitting or laying down - not so much on standing - Ibuprofen does not help ....
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Was there any itching or scratching of the scrotal skin?
Do you work or stay in hot and humid condition?
What type of pain? Burning, itching, throbbing ...
Any swelling in the scrotal skin?
Any problem with back or lower abdomen?
Any other information that you would like to share?
