What Causes Pain In The Right Arm And Breast?

Question: I am a female with pain from my right arm pit to the middle of the right breast.
What do you think is causing this? What might it be?

This pain start 3 days ago. No accident, but when I move my arm it is stronger pain. When I do not move my arm it is no pain.

Please take an anti-inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen if it suits.
Put the affected forearm in a sling to keep it rested completely.
