What Causes Pain In The Penis While Urinating?
Question: I am feeling pain in my penis while urinating and there is no pain after that.I have taken a viagra 'Sildenafil Citrate Tablets 50mg' 4-5 days ago but the pain has started 2 days before and when i am drinking lot of water pain becomes less.What should i do?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain while passing urine .This is due to inflammation of Urethra(Urethritis).
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .
Ensure to drink more water .

Hi Thanks for your guidance.
One of the local physician has advised to take 'Citralka Syrup' thrice a day to get it resolved.Is it ok to take thi syrup or i should go with the medicines suggested by you.Please advice.
