Brief Answer:
some things to try

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
You may be having a stomach problem. Just because you had endoscopy a year ago does not mean that it is normal now.
You may need to change your diet and start taking some probiotics.
I suggest that you eat very simple foods. Eliminate all alcohol, caffeine, dairy and sodas. Eliminate all artificial sweeteners and processed foods.
Eat rice and cooked vegetables with some meat or tofu. Just get your diet down to a few simple foods for about a month and see if you can get rid of the problem. If not you may need to see a gastroenterologist and have another endoscopy.

could this be related to depression or anxiety? I lost my dad and grand dad on the same day last year and ive had tummy issues since I was a kid. mainly due to being a nervous kid. docs never found anything and I was always gassy as a child teen and young adult

Brief Answer:
it is possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for the follow up.
It could certainly be related to anxiety and depression. When we are anxious or depressed we release stress hormones which certainly have an effect on the gut. Treatments that help both depression and anxiety are medications, exercise and counseling. The more of these you do the better your chances of getting relief. I hope you find some relief soon.
