Brief Answer:
need to get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Symptoms which you are explaining may be due to previous trauma, increase in uric acid levels.

So, I'd advise you to please get done serum uric acid, ESR, X-ray of the wrist in AP and Lateral view and send me the report here.

Till then have Cap. Indomethacin25mg thrice a day after food by prescription of your local physician as this may not be available over the counter.

I hope you got the point. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks,

Dr.CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
