Brief Answer:
Stop aspirin. Take Tylenol!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed this information and with no additional symptoms, this seems to be related to a muscle pain. While aspirin is good for muscle related pain, it can cause stomach problems especially in elderly. I suggest that you stop it and take 1000mg of tylenol every 8hours for pain control. This should take care of the pain. If the pain however persists, then we will need to probably call you in for thorough evaluation.

For now, stop aspirin and continue with tylenol.

I wish you well. Keep me updated with your progress.

Kind regards!
