Brief Answer:
Urine infection should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.
Your symptoms are suggestive of urine infection leading to pain in the pelvic area and urinary hesitancy ( delayed urination).
This can be due to drinking less fluids and a lot of stress.
I will suggest you to get your urine examination and ultrasound of the pelvis to confirm the diagnosis and get further treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
