Brief Answer:
You may have prostatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

You may be suffering from prostatitis which is typically on that area. I would suggest getting a urinalysis and a digital rectal examination to check for prostatitis and tenderness on the area.

Steroids may enlarge the prostate but will not cause pain and swelling. Another differential would be a simple musculoskeletal pain in the area especially if you don't have urinary symptoms.

You may take NSAIDs to relieve the pain and inflammation while waiting for your urologist consult.

Brief Answer:
Can still be prostatitis.

Detailed Answer:
It can still be prostatitis even if you have normal urination. I will suggest getting a digital rectal examination and urinalysis to confirm the diagnosis

Thanks for everything , one last question when u was 16 turning 17 I took 1 testosterone enanthanate shot 250-500mg and stopped . I didn't want to stunt my bone growth or shut down natural testosterone levels. Truthfully would it have negatively affected the growth of my penis at all? Will my penis still grow to its full size .. Man to man please be honest.

Brief Answer:
No effect on penile size.

Detailed Answer:
I don't think one shot of steroid would have an effect on your penile growth or any of your physical attributes.

At age 24 you have essentially reached your full growth potential and your penile length now will no longer grow.
