Question: i am a 68 year old male, i just was checking my testicals, an i have a it feels like alittle sack above right testical , it dosent hurt but hase a liile ach when i touch. but no pain down there at all

If you can feel kind of noodles in this sac, varices of the spermatic cord are the most probable reason. Cyst is the second possibility.
As we always have to think about the cancer (which is rather not the case), testicles ultrasound is necessary at this point.
