Brief Answer:
Upper GI Endoscopy and added treatment needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query and history.
Read and understood the problems you are facing.
To recapitulate: Male/29 - long sitting - pain in stomach after food - consistent and uniform - red blood layered stools observed sometimes - taking Pantoprazole teice daily for 3 days no helping -Wants to know the problem.

As thought by you and your Doctor this may be acidity problem.
In addition:
The cause of the persistent pain after food indicates a chance for an ulcer.
Upper GI Endoscopy should be done in such a case to get an exact diagnosis which will add on to the proper treatment.

I would advise you the following:
Please get an upper GI Endoscopy done ASAP.
Add treatment:

Continue Pnatoprazole 12 hourly.
Pepcid every 3 to 4 hours when on empty stomach.
Add Domperidone or such motility regulators.
Soft bland diet.
No aerated colas / soda/ drinks.
Early dinner. No late nights.
Treatment for anxiety (as prescribed / needs a prescription by your Doctor)
Lying in a reclining position
Walk around after dinner.
Think of the factors which increased the present problem, GERD, anxiety and try to avoid.
If no relief, get Upper GI endoscopy done and get prescription for added Medicines.
EKG for the heart n a safer side to rule out cardiac problems.
This helps all my patients and should help you hopefully.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
