Brief Answer:
Give Rest to the right upper limb in a sling

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thanks for your question.

I think you have got a pain at one permanent spot. This is going and coming back again and again.

This may be due to a disc problem in the neck. But the area affected by a disc is always larger in area and changing many times. The pain will move here and there. It will also go to the arm, forearm and hand.

Your problem is at a spot/ fixed area.
This is called a repetitive injury Syndrome. This means once a area of muscle is stretched or gets diseased, it is injured again and again before it gets time to heal.

You must be right handed , means working maximum with right hand. Working all the time and not possible to give rest.

The first part of the treatment is to give ''rest'' to the part. This is done by putting in the right forearm in a sling attached to the opposite side of neck.
This is continued til you get cured. You have to take pain-killer tablets which reduce the swelling also. You have to consult a Doctor for the prescription.

All my patients get healed and cured by this, so you will also get alright.

If the problem continues , you can get one steroid injection in the painful area.
If you continue taking medicines or injection BUT if you do not give rest to the part, healing will not be done. SO REST id very important.

Hope this will help to get a cure.

Thank you.
