Brief Answer:
consult your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Costochondritis should settle down. Fibroadenosis is common at menopausal age. Nothing much need be done. Be on regular follow up for breast cancer detection. However, consult your doctor who may prescribe some medicines. Usually vit E tablets or capsules (Evion) would be prescribed for 6-8 weeks and should help containing pain of fibroadenosis. You need to check with your doctor and not self administer these capsules.
