Brief Answer:
Please consult an urologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

Peyronie's disease, a chronic condition that involves the development of abnormal scar tissue in tissues inside the penis, might result in bent or painful erections. This is important to recognize by getting clinical examination by an urologist.

This condition can cause problems when having sex or may make it difficult to get or maintain an erection (erectile dysfunction).

Management includes observation for mild symptoms, treatment with medications for moderate disease and minor surgery for severe scar formations in the penis.

The diagnosis needs to be confirmed to determine whether treatment may help and to rule out other causes of your symptoms.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have doubts.

Regards,
