Brief Answer:
An examination by doctor is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, it would be good to know, how long you've been on Lexapro.
Also, how long, since you've been having difficulty in urinating.
A check-up by an Urologist is advisable, so that he can examine the area, where it hurts the most in your penis.
If you drink 10-12 glasses liquids daily, it should give relief in good measure.
If you go with reports of blood sugar, and creatinine, it will be useful for the doctor.
If you've had stone treatment in the past, then going with an ultrasound scan of abdomen report, will be very useful, in advising further treatment.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
