Brief Answer:
For how long has this been?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain. The most common cause of pain of this nature are related to bones and ligaments/ In acute onset, strain is often the problem and pain medications can easily address this. However, if it should persist, then we would want to get a full examination and do some imaging studies to understand what the exact cause of this could be.

For now, I recommend Tylenol and gentle movement of the head and neck in all directions. This would normally address tis problem. If it persists or gets worse, report back to me and we would act accordingly.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
