What Causes Pain In Neck Radiating To Shoulder Blade, Arm And Hand?

Question: I started with pain tightness in the right side of neck 11 days ago.I went to chiropractor on day 3,then to massage therapist days 5,7 and 9.Since the onset the pain has shifted to my shoulder blade and down my arm and into my hand.The pain in my arm also has numbness and pins and needles feeling.Please let me know what I should do.

I think you should go for a proper evaluation to find out the cause.

It may be cervical spondylitis or just a muscular spasm, but need to be evaluated by clinical exam and probably a x-ray of neck.
Meanwhile you should do hot water fomentation and take paracetamol if required.
