Brief Answer: Possibily Mesenteric Lymphadenitis Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Dear Ms Pain in right lower abdomen (Right illiac fossa) is most likely to be due 1. Mesenteric Lymphadenitis: As the Ultrasound suggest lymph nodes, its the most likely cause 2. Acute Appendicitis : Its less likely in view of CBC especially total leucocyte count being normal. I assume Appendicitis has been ruled out on scan and also there is no fever and vomiting. In the absence of fever, vomiting, normal leucocyte count and normal Ultrasound possibility of Appendicitis is less likely.
