Question: i just had my right hip replaced within the last year when i woke up i felt like a pit feeling right above the opposite hip lower stomache like a balloon feeling little uncomfortable ? thoughts

Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

It appears that the muscles are working hard to help balance your pelvis. This is not uncommon after hip surgery.

If you have a limp then the muscles are possibly weak and need physiotherapy.

Apply hot packs to the region to relieve of the spasm. Avoid weight lifting.

Do hip extension and range of movement exercises to improve the mobility.
