Brief Answer:
take rest and apply local pain reliever ointment

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Back pain with radiation to legs may be due to disc related.
Is there any history of heavy weight lifting, weakness in lower limbs, any sensation loss or urinary complains?
Is there any cramping abdominal pain, bleeding through vagina, burning micturition, previous history of renal stones?
For treatment you should avoid stooping forward, lifting heavy objects. Take rest too.
Local pain reliever ointment may be applied.
In case of severe pain paracetamol may be taken.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me with further informations.

Hi Doctor,

Thank you for your reply. I have little abdominal cramping. As I have been working as an assistant nurse, I have to lift, push and pull bed ridden patients. Otherwise, there is not other complains or history burning micturition, previous history of renal stones. No vaginal bleeding.

Brief Answer:
Rest advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, due to pushing and pulling of heavy objects, there is likely the muscle pull which is causing such pain.
You should take rest for a week to get relief from pain and abdominal cramps.
