What Causes Pain In Joints, Ankle And Wrist?

Question: I am having pains on my joints, ankle, wrist, sometimes the top of my shoulders, tights, and the left and right sides of my lower body. And there is some stiffness in tights when walking, so i can not even go for run in the morning or work in the gym as i use to. So my questions are, what are the problems.
