Brief Answer:
early pregnancy pains...normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
This is typical early pregnancy pain on both sides of teh groin region and associated with progesterone induced uterosacral ligament laxity and stretch. This is normal in early pregnancy and ca be relieved with hot fomentation thrice a day. Paracetamol should be kept SOS , if the pain is increased. This shall subside in few days. As the scans are normal and there has been no bleeding per vaginum either, hence no real cause to be worried.
Regards
