What Causes Pain In Chest While Taking Deep Breaths?

Question: I have an infection in my jaw and I'm on clindamycin for it, right after starting it i got strep throat and they said its from the antibiotic lowering my immune system. Well Now the other side of my mouth hurts and I've been having a lot of pain in my chest that gets worse when I take a deep breath and between my shoulder blades hurt. I haven't been coughing much but at times I have a coughing fit that hurts a lot. What should I do and what could it be

If you have chest pain you take a deep breath, you may be having an inflammation of the pleura ( covering of the lung ). A plain xray of the chest would be helpful in the diagnosis.
