Brief Answer:
ECG is needed

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

Such complaints can be caused by cardiac problems, if there is another blocked artery, it can cause pain on exertion. But sometimes such complaints can be caused by a muscle pain
I would advise you to see your doctor to perform an ECG, if it comes back normal, then a stress test may be needed.

Wishing you good health
