Brief Answer:
wisdom tooth infection, TMJ disorder, piroxicam

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query.

I have gone through your query.
From what I understand the possible cause of pain in the cheek bone and near the ear region is the wisdom tooth infection and Disc displacement of the temporomandibular joint (or retrodiscitis).

Without an opportunity to physically examine and conduct clinical examination and laboratory investigations I will not be able to arrive at a definitive cause. There fore I would suggest you to consult a oral physician and take radiographs like OPG, TMJ views and MRI of the TMJ.

If I am your treating doctor, I would have suggested you to take anti inflammatory drugs like tablet piroxicam 20mg twice daily for first day and once daily for the next 6days(if you are not allergic).

Once the diagnosis is confirmed, we can treat accordingly. Get the radiographs done and upload it we can give the diagnosis and treatment plan.

Do not eat hard things, do not open your mouth too wide, don't get stressed(since stress can aggravate these problems).

I hope my answer will help you, If any queries are there, reply me back.

Take care.
