What Causes Pain During Intercourse And Abdominal Pain After Intercourse?

Question: Hi. To tell you the whole story. My last regular period was on the 20th of Dec, 2014 and that was my second period without using the pill. The periods are generally on a 32 days cycle and are usually accompanied by heavy cramps. During the period of 7.01-10.01 my fiancée finished in me a couple of time using absolutely no protection. On the 09.01 during intercourse I experience very intense pains around the area of the right ovary which lasted for about an hour. On the 12.01 I started bleeding out of nowhere, however had no cramps or other PMS symptoms, the bleeding lasted for about 4 days and was light red. My period never came on the 20.01 but on the 18.01 I experienced mild pains first in the right ovary area then in both, which lasted for 2 days. Now, on the 31.01 my nipples (just the nipples) are very sore and that hasn't stopped yet. My stomach and my whole body is extremely bloated and yesterday I had some strange back pains. And without forgetting, I seem to be hungry all the time... So far all pregnancy tests have been negative. Could I be pregnant or am I suffering from something else? Thanks in advance.

Brief Answer:
Not due to pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
After the unprotected sex you had a normal period on 18th XXXXXXX So the pregnancy is ruled out. Also, in case of pregnancy the urine tests would have come positive by now. The symptoms that you are having can be related to a hormonal imbalance and gas and indigestion. These will gradually subside in next few days. Please do not worry.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Hi, the bleeding was on the 12.01, not on the 18.01, meaning 9-10 days before my period would normally start. And I had absolutely no PMS signs.
So in this case, when should I expect my period this month?
