Brief Answer:
Gerd/ gallbladder issues...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for using HCM.

You are reporting to have pain between shoulder associated with gassy sensation.
These symptoms may be related to :
- GERD ( acid reflux)
- gallbladder issues like sludge.
To my opinion you need to do further exams like :
- abdominal ultrasound to rule out/ confirm gallbladder issues
- upper endoscopy

Meantime I suggest to change your lifestyle like:
- eat often and small amount of meal
- avoid fatty, spicy and chilly foods
- avoid coffee, carbonated drinks
-use two pillows when you lay down
- start to use PPI like Prilosec
- continue using Tums
Hope it I is helpful to you.
