Brief Answer:
Please give additional information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Read and understood the history related to your husband and the concerns.
USG in it self is not the complete examination and miss a lots of points that a good contrast enhanced CT scan detect.
Since the pain is slight in the morning and increases by afternoon, the pain is below the naval, has migraine, always complaints of acidity and take eno and also has constipation. Also has recurrent throat infection.

I would advise him the following:
- First of all to get an opinion of a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and for further tests as may be sought after by him.
Earlier the diagnosis, best are the results of treatment.
- Tests of blood, urine.
- Stool test for 3 consecutive days.
- CT scan of the abdomen
- Upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy if required.
If all the tests are normal then a possibility of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) is always there.

Please give me some more details for me to assist you better.

Brief Answer:
Stress should be under control - upper GI endoscopy ASAP

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your elucidate feedback.
From the history the problem looks more of acidity related and hence the most proper investigations at the moment would be to go for Upper GI Endoscopy at the earliest to get the diagnosis and get a proper treatment.

At the same time it would be prudent to follow up with the concerned specialist for Migraine and Throat infection as proper investigations would lead to proper diagnosis ans may be a curative treatment hence his load of medication would get reduced or nil and hence help for the acidity problems too.

Stress if the mother of most of the evil diseases and disorders and should be kept at minimum. If the stress if well controlled, most of the problems get reduced or even cured.

I hope this answer helps you both.
