Brief Answer:
It seems like primary headache.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history. Pain in and around the eyes when you are stressed can be because of primary headaches like tension headache, migraine....
The other causes that need to be considered are refractive errors, sinusitis....
If you are not having dimunition or blurred vision it rules out refractive errors, if you are not having symptoms of sinusitis like recurrent cold, blocked nose... it rules out sinusitis.

As of now you can take analgesic tablets for symptomatic relief.
You need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
