Question: I have a weird pain (hard to describe) around my collar bone, shoulder, and neck on the right side... should I go to the chiropractor or something? It hurts most when I swallow, talk loud, and laugh... also it might be a little swollen

Brief Answer:
You can consult physiotherapist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.
May be due to compression of nerve root in cervical spine there can be pain in your neck and shoulder.
Another possibility of cervical muscle spasm.

I will advise you to do MRI spine.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication like methylcobalamine can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to neck. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
