What Causes Pain And Tingling In Right Arm And Hand?
Question: Last night my right arm and hand started tingling. Today it is still bothering me. Also about halfway up the inside of my right forearm it is painful. I can press on it and it doesn't hurt or look swollen but when I move my arm it hurts.

The pain ion the arm with tingling is suggestive of a nerve irritation. It can be due to tendonitis at the level of elbow or cervical spondylosis. This problem can be posture related also. It is best to give rest to your arm and avoid all twisting and overhead activities. It should gradually improve with a mild anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen. In case the symptoms are worsening or are severe then do consult an orthopedician for a physical examination.
