Brief Answer:
Peripheral Neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

From the description you have given me it looks like you have symptoms of peripheral neuropathy. Here is how you go about it

1. These symptoms are not related to varicose veins
2. I would like you to get a nerve conduction study of the lower limb nerves
3. The ideal pain killer would be pregabalin 75 at night, it will not act immediately but slowly.
4. Always wear shoes, avoid wearing footwear with open toes
5. Look out for injuries
6. Get a vascular surgeon opinion for the varicose veins
Indications to go the ER

1. Any wound over the lower limb will require immediate attention
2. If you have any weakness/ loss of power of the lower limbs
3. Extreme pain, inability to walk.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
