Question: I am having moderate pain and tenderness on my left side of my abdomen it started yeterday. Hurts when I push on it or move.

The tenderness you are suffering from looks to be due to mild acute colitis. I suggest you to take a probiotic along with proton pump inhibitors for 3-5 days which will give you relief. As a self care use hot bag to place on affected area which will help in releasing any muscle spasm if persists.
